An increasingly common offence due to the rather unpleasant anti-cyclist opinions of Lancashire Constabulary, which refuses to take any action against them and simply bins complaints about close-passing with no response- as they will do with this case. The Hyundai driver remains within the left lane throughout in order to give more clearance to the oncoming Ford Kuga than he allowed me. Time on the video is GMT.
