White Van in a hurry to get to the lights but in even more of a hurry to left hook me

White Van impatient to get past after the roadworks, only to have to stop at the lights. Then, when the lights change, he just has to get past so he can left hook me before the next junction (less than 100m on). No indicators, of course!.
