Unnecessary close pass when 3 lane road is clear

Riding along Nicoll Highway towards downtown just before Republic Ave connection to Nicoll Highway a car passes me too close for comfort even though the car was not preparing to turn left anywhere and the 3 lane highway was otherwise clear of traffic.
