Phone Driver cuts across/swerves on bend – VW Golf 152C3142

Driver with phone in hand swerves into my path as we round bend, has just turned from a side road into stationary traffic/yellow box - must have seen me and immediately forgotten I existed. Continues to drive ahead with the phone visible in hand.
